Shipping Rates

United States

U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and do not include order processing time. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional time and may incur additional shipping charges.

Canada

  • We are happy to ship to customers around the world! For international orders (outside the U.S. and Canada), please contact us for a shipping quote. We will provide you with available shipping options and costs based on your location and order size.

    International delivery times typically range from 7 to 28 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.

    Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    International orders (including Canada) may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

    For international orders, tracking may be limited once the package reaches the destination country and is handed off to local postal services.

  • All orders are processed with in 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

    Orders placed after 2 p.m. PST will be processed the following business day.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package by clicking the tracking link in your email or by visiting the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

    For international orders, tracking may be limited once the package reaches the destination country and is handed off to local postal services.

  • We ship to most countries worldwide. However, we are unable to ship to certain countries due to carrier restrictions or regulatory requirements. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to deliver to your location at this time.

    We do not ship to P.O. boxes for expedited shipping options. Some products may have shipping restrictions and may not be available for international delivery.

  • If your package appears to be lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for U.S. orders, 14 days for Canadian orders, or 30 days for international orders. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or file a claim. For damaged items, please retain all packaging materials and take photos of the damage to assist with the claims process.
